Subprocessors
August AI uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver our services. Each subprocessor is bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Change notifications. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Subscribe to updates by emailing support@augustai.com.

About Our Subprocessors
Infrastructure
Cloudflare provides our application hosting through Cloudflare Workers, a serverless edge compute platform. Your requests are processed at the nearest Cloudflare data centre for low latency. Cloudflare also provides DDoS protection and CDN services.
Neon hosts our PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest via AWS KMS. All tenant data, including rep mappings, session state, nudge history, and configuration, is stored in Neon. Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures tenant isolation at the database level.
Vercel hosts our marketing website and customer dashboard (Next.js application).
Messaging
Meta (WhatsApp) provides the WhatsApp Business API through which August AI sends and receives messages. Messages are routed through Meta's infrastructure. We use the official Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp Business.
Resend handles transactional emails such as account notifications, billing receipts, and service updates. We do not send marketing emails through Resend.
CRM Integration
HubSpot and Zoho are connected via OAuth 2.0 when the customer chooses to integrate their CRM. August AI reads and writes CRM data (contacts, deals, accounts, notes) only as instructed by the customer's sales reps or automated nudge rules. Only one CRM is connected per tenant.
Billing
Stripe processes all payments and manages subscriptions. Credit card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch August AI servers. We are PCI SAQ A compliant through Stripe's hosted checkout.
